What are my options ??

to all respected Gurus
need a quick advise of my options.

Been in the UK for 17 years.
Came to UK as a student.
converted to Tier 1 general after 6y.
stayed out of country (UK) for more than 6m due to personal/ health conditions.
came back to UK and rebuild 5y and applied for ILR via SET O - Tier 1 G Leave to remain untill March 2018
ILR via SET O - premium - Croydon - Refused 322 (5) - March 2016
AR Refused - May 2016
ILR via SET O - postal - applied July 2016 - refused 322 (5) - Dec 2018
AR Refused - Jan 2019

im currently preparing PAP for JR
im also looking to apply for FLR FP via private life. Married with 2 children both born in UK (both under 5y) - nationality not declared

now....can the respected gurus suggest anything different to what im planning to do or if there is any other suitable way out
