Can I change from FLR FP to British Dependent

Post by dev1313 » Mon Mar 04, 2019 11:06 am

Hi

One of my friend got 2.5 Years visa (First Visa in UK) in UK under FLR FP on 10 year route on British Child dependent. Now his wife also got ILR (Settlement) status. Is there any chance to apply as dependent of settled person instead of british child parent (FLR FP). He wants to save 2.5 year as he need to complete 10 year under current visa otherwise he can get indefinate leave (ILR) after 5 years and able to save some money as well.

He meets the English A1 and 18600 salary requirement.

Yes if the requirements can be met then FLRM application can be submitted.
