Time Lived In UK on FLR/M

Post by Euqinu » Thu Mar 14, 2019 11:10 am

I am from the UK and my wife is Canadian. We are applying for her second leave to remain via the FLR/M form and it's asking us how long she has lived in the UK - she initially moved here on a Tier 5 work visa for just under 2 years, after which she got her first spouse/partner leave to remain visa, which she has been on for just under 2.5 years...

So do we include the time she spent here on the Tier 5 work visa (combined is about 4.5 years), or should we just put 2.5 years?

Either answer will be fine because her passport will be with them anyways.
