visa curtailment reversal

Post by greenfish » Tue Mar 26, 2019 12:21 pm

I recently had issues with my wife and her family advised her to seek settlement through emotional abuse, which was false and wrong. I somehow knew of this and I notified homeoffice of marriage breakdown and her visa was curtailed. I also wrote to HO to deny any claims of abuse in case she submitted the application as advised by her family.

Against all odds she felt bad and her conscious refused to lie and she did not lodge that application and she fell out with her relatives. she rang me and we agreed to work things out now.

I need advise on whether its possible to reverse the curtailment and what steps we should take? she did not respond to HO and when I use the government sit https://right-to-work.service.gov.uk to check her right to work all seems fine. the visa is valid and due to expire on its original date and not the date in the curtailment letter.

I do not want to put her in trouble and would like her to get her spouse status back as it was as our marriage is now subsisting and she is in the country right now.

Any advise is much appreciated please.
