Brp Renewal

Hi,

My wifes brp is due to expire soon,
Regarding accomodation do i provide the same things i provided before like; house survey, tenancy agreement.
Which english test should she take: A2 or B1

1) for the renewal do i need to pay for the nhs fees Again?

2) does she need to take the tb test again?(because she took it before coming to the Uk)

3) one of my child is not well she is under treatment with great ormond street hospital. Should i include this in my application? ( she is a British Citizen)

Presumably she is on a first spouse settlement visa?? You don;t state how long she has been here so will answer based on the fact it is likely a VISA extension and not a BRP renewal.

1. Yes and they have doubled. It is £1000 for a 2.5 year visa extension.

2. No, TB test not required. But she will need English A2 test (only A1 was needed from abroad when she initially applied).

3. No need to.

You could mention this under the questions where it asks are there any other reasons for the applicant to stay in UK. Can’t do any harm if no benefit either.
