Financial requirement- 6month period.. please help!

Hi guys so I’m trying to bring my husband to be over to the UK on a spousal visa later on this year, from October onwards I’m just getting my paperwork together (he’s in Ghana). I’m just over £18,600 requirement as I have 2 jobs, one salaried (started this month) and one unsalaried (started 2015). The salaried job I earn £1000 the other job it varies but minimum I get around £800 which increases to £1000 or a little more during summer holidays. The problem is, in May I and my family will be going to Ghana to do the traditional marriage, registry (legal aspect) and wedding reception so my pay for May won’t be a lot at all. If they see that I’ve hit or exceeded the target all the other months during the 6 month period, Will May be an issue? Will I just have to explain? Of course all the wedding pictures and other pics from last year and the duration of our relationship etc will be included.

Lastly will I have to apply under Cat A or B? Thanks guys
