Hello, we'll shortly be applying for my wife's visa through family route (UK Spouse Visa, Appendix FM). I'm a British citizen. I was wondering if you can have a look on my notes/list of documents below and let me know if you have any advise or comments especially if you applied yourself recently. Any useful links will be much appreciated as well.
Documents:
1. Passport (birth certificate?)
2. Tuberculosis test results, less than 6 months only,
3. English language test A1,
4. Marriage certificate from another country, legalized, translated, certified,
5. Proof or relationship: photos (incl wedding), bookings, chats from past 2 years,
6. Finance. I'm a director of a limited company and will be providing supporting documents as per guidance Appendix FM 1.7 (CT600, dividends vouchers, payslips, etc)
7. Accommodation. Documents for my house. Not exactly sure what these are
8. Sponsorship form
9. Application form and paid fees
Question. Is it better for me to sent all documents to Home Office from here? or send it from overseas?
