PBS Dependant Leave to Remain - Extension

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for some guidance on how to extend my current visa.

My husband is a British Citizen and I hold a PBS Dependant Leave to Remain permit which is valid until 27th July 2019. We have left the UK in September 2017 along with our daughter (she is also a UK citizen) with a view to relocating to India. My husband continued to work for clients across Europe with regular travels between India, UK, and Ireland. I continued to work remotely for an employer based in the Netherlands.

This said we do not have any accommodation left in the UK because technically, we have vacated the place and came back to India for good.

Right now, we are at a juncture to move back to the UK ASAP and I wanted to understand the following points:

Questions:

a) Which visa category am I eligible for to avail an extension - please share a link if possible? (I don't think, ILR route is an option due to my prolonged absence)

b) Can I apply for a visa extension from India? or Is it advisable to do it from the UK?

c) If I ought to apply from the UK, I plan to rent out an Air BnB and avail a day service. Does the documentation require me to submit utility bills or accommodation details as well? This input will change my decision to stay in a temp accommodation or rent out a place/

For instance, procuring docs like a tenancy agreement or utility bills will prove to be a challenge in case of temporary accommodation. However, if we just need to provide an address then we might as well book temporary accommodation and provide that address for visa purposes. Hence, this clarity in documentation is of utmost importance for our decision.

Please guide me to take the right decisions.
