Wife settlement visa and UKVI Contact number

Hi,

We have applied for a wife settlement UK Visa From Sri Lanka.

We sent everything off (March) and had our documents returned after 2 weeks. We are now into the 12th week of waiting and still no more news than the original email which said it was been processed(April). Does anyone have any advice please?

We have tried calling the paid phone service and it just cuts off when we start adding our bank details? has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have a different number we could call?
