SET(M) 28 Days count from 5th anniversary or Current leave expires ?

Post by Dev001 » Mon Jun 24, 2019 1:12 pm

Hi ,

I would like to thanks for responding my several query .

I was reading few website about the 28 Days rule and got little confused and little worried now on below line from third party weblink removed by moderator

"ILR applications are time sensitive. You must apply before your current leave expires and while you are still in the UK. You should not apply more than 28 days before the end of your current leave or your application may be rejected"

My wife got the FLR(M) visa that valid till 21/Aug/2019 however she entered in UK on 14/July/2014. Based on the rule i submitted her application on 19th June 2019 ( 26 days ago from 5th anniversary ) . But based on this website i submitted the application too early ?

please help me if i submitted the application too early ?

Thanks
Dev

The application has been submitted correctly. Please follow the Home Office official guidelines, not information posted by immigration advisors.
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
