REFUND IHS

Hi Experts

I was on a 5 years General Student Tier4 visa, which is only still valid for another 2.5 years. Howerver, Last week I switched my visa to Spouse visa and paid a 1000£ for the IHS.
How can I claim back the amount of IHS for the rest of my previous visa Tier4 ?

I was on a 5 years General Student Tier4 visa, which is only still valid for another 2.5 years, it was done from outside the UK. Howerver, Last week I switched my visa INSIDE THE UK to Spouse visa and paid a 1000£ for the IHS.
How can I claim back the amount of IHS for the rest of my previous visa Tier4 (2.5 YEARS) ?
