Family Visa FLR

Post by Navi1661 » Thu Jun 27, 2019 11:48 pm

Hi There

I'll really appreciate if someone can help me out:

My wife came to UK in June 2012 on dependent visa as I was on Post study work. In 2012 we applied for Entrepreneur visa and it for granted in 2013. Then in Feb 2016 I applied for ILR on 10 years basis (Long Residency) and got granted and became British citizen in September 2017. I applied FLR visa for my wife in Jan 2017 as spouse and got visa until August 2019.

Now I need to apply visa extension for her as she needs to complete 5 years to get ILR because I change the route for my ILR. So under I would like to know the following:

* which category I should apply her visa and what documents require...?
* can we apply on same day service...?
* Website Link to file the application...?
* how much is a fees...?

Thanks

She need to apply extension called FLRM for obtaining another 2.5 years. Requirements will be almost same like in initial spouse visa application except A2/B1 to meet English language requirement instead A1 and 2 years of proofs of cohabitation instead proofs of subsisting relationship. I think the normal standard application fee is £1033 and £1000 is IHS and £800 is super priority fee to get 24 hours decision. Also there are other fees of £60/£100 for booking appointment with ukvcas if you can't get their free appointment at core centres.

No. You will only need to visit home office partner centre (Steria sopra)
