Spouse Visa help please

Hi Guys,

could anyone let me know the process of applying spouse visa. I am in UK and my wife is in Pakistan. I will apply priority service.
1) submit online application through visa4UK, pay all the fees. scan and upload all the required documents on their website and submit the passport and finger prints in Pakistan.
2) submit online application through visa4UK, pay the fees, send all my documents to Pakistan and submit all the documents to Visa Center along with passport and finger prints in Pakistan.

could anyone please advise me which is the best route to move forward.
