UK born child returning uk Visa requirements-Urgent

Hi gurus and experts,

This forum really helpful and i have learned a lot from here.

I have a situation here. I am on ILR and my family went to pakistan on emergency situation my two kids already got british passport and my wife on FLR FP route visa( expiring on dec 2019)
One son have no visa no british passport and due to emergency situation we had travel so i had to get his pakistani passsport which was so so quick like one week so he and my family gone to pak. Now i need to bring him back to uk becuase full time school problem here.

I am so confuse which visa or forms i should use.?

I know he can apply Mn1 from pakistan but my preferences are to get any visa or any document for him to get to enter in uk ASAP then i will apply his mn1, he's born before my ILR And hes 5.5 year old.


Please advice me from pakistan which one is quickest route
Mn1 ?
or
any visa ( like child dependent or right of adobe etc etc)


I don't know which one. i am in stress and he's getting sick due to breathing issue and atmosphere so i need to bring him back ASAP please advice me guys, he never had any traveling since he was born.

I know I should apply mn1 before but it was critcial situation so had to travel please advice.

He doesn't qualify for right of abode as he hasn't been registered as British yet.

You need either the same visa category as your spouse or mn1.

He could still have travelled after applying for mn1. There is no requirement to stay in the UK while ho processes the application.

Please can you send me link that which visa form i should use and to read that category like fees and nhs charges and that category requirements.

My wife is on flr fp route she applied becuase my daughter got that British passport after mn1 so that's why she tool flr fp now that visa expiring on dec 2019 .

Please advice me and send me extact name of form or link and how long it will take from pakistan. Is there any timeline link in this forum?

Second question is if I apply online do you i have to show my maintenance bank statements payslip too ? My earing is 22K only and my wife didn't need to show my earnings when she applied flr fp.

Last quesiton

My son have to pay NHS CHARGES too ? If yes how much is that uptill like my wife visa validity or still full 1K ?

Clearly stated by members in the existing timeline only thread!!! Remember also that for MN1, the child has to enrol biometrics and you would have to make it clear that the child is abroad etc.

You apply online from here and upload documents on UKCVAS etc. Make it clear in the form, and I believe there is a question about this, that the child is abroad.

It can take anywhere between a few weeks and up to or sometimes longer than 6 months. No one can predict exactly how long your application will take.

The referees must know the child and the professional referee should be someone engaged with the child in a professional capacity, i.e. Nurse, health visitor etc.

He need to attend school asap.

No quick route unfortunately. You either apply for a visa and wait for however long that takes or you apply MN1.

I am on ILR and my wife in pakistan is on FLR FP due to my other children are British but this my son left uk without visa and now stuck and not feeling well i need him to bring back to country due to his illness not getting right channel.

1. Is it online application?
2 do i have to send any document from here do i have ti scan and upload all from uk and do i have to show finances bank statements and payslip.?
3. In Pakistan they need original documents any thing document?
4.how much is fees and how much is for nhd charges.
5. Will he get same duration like my wife have ?
6. My wife expiring visa is like 19 dec 2019 so is it still ok to apply this category ?
