Spouse Visa application rejected, how long do we have to wait before applying again?

Spouse Visa application rejected, how long do we have to wait before applying again?

I found a site from about 2 years ago that said that you can apply again immediately and that the usually quoted 6 month period before you can apply again is false. Does anyone know if this is true?

Not true.

You can apply at any time if you meet the requirements.
