TB Certificate May Expire While Application Is With HO

We had all pertaining to Spouse Visa Application ready except for TB Certificate. Returned to home country to get this done and was told result not conclusive. I was very sure I had no TB because 6 weeks prior just passed work related TB screening which is done twice a year.
Ready to pay another fee for a new test there and then but test center said no, they have to go through the procedure and take some samples for screening etc. At the end of 3 months turned out I got no TB or anything to be worried about.
Will only get to submit application by end of November at the earliest and certificate expiring in January. We are probably going to pay for priority but considering Christmas and end of the year holidays not sure if outcome will be before expiry of TB Certificate. Know that an expired TB cert can be used at point of entry but not heard of what happens if it expired while with HO.
Question: If TB certificate which is valid at the time of application submission expires while the Application is still with HO for consideration, can this have an effect on the outcome or decision of HO?

We don't care about what happens in the future. You submit valid documents, that's it.

If they expire while the application is processed, it doesn't affect your application as long there were valid when submitted.
