Husbands visa expires 2 Nov. Submitted online application already and he has an appointment booked at the end of Nov in Croydon to take the originals.
If his brp expires 2 Nov is this correct that you can take the originals and have the app at the end of the month?

Yes. Date of submitting the online application is the date of application which should be on or before the visa expiry whereas the biometrics appointment/documents scanning can be made after visa expiry.
