Dependent visa for husband's parents

Post by freefall » Sat Jul 26, 2008 11:28 am

I have just extended my stay under Tier1(HSMP) with My husband and two children as dependents. we want to sponsor my husband's parents as dependents. they are both above 65 and financially dependents on us.

1. Can we jointly sponsor their visa?
2. Can my husband get them as his dependents?
3. Can I apply for their visa i.e. can I get my husbands parents as my dependents?

any help would be highly appreciated.

Parents do not fall under the dependents category for Tier 1...only spouses/partners and children under 18. So, you cannot apply for a dependent's visa for them.
