Being charged incorrectly and twice by UKVI

Post by usasunshine23 » Thu Nov 07, 2019 1:33 am

Hi, every time I call the UKVI customer line, I am being charged like 3 different fees everytime I call. How and who can I contact about this?

You could try the UKVI customer line but they might charge you like a 4th different fee

More seriously: "If you have a complaint about our service or professional conduct, we encourage you to email us at complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk, as you’re likely to receive a quicker reply."

You should also probably keep all question under one forum topic.
I'm just a guy on the Internet who immigrated to the UK. My opinions are based on my experience and interpretation of the immigration rules and should not be considered legal or immigration advice; your mileage may vary.

Instead of calling the UKVI helpline, you can also email them your queries for £5.48.
My opinions should not be constituted as an immigration or legal advice.
