Spous visa delay hold

My wife applied my visa from uk i submit my documents and biometric from abudhabi uae on 22nd of August 2019.
They call my wife job HR confirm.
They took my wife interview my interview on video conference call on 13 November from abudhabi now its running 4 months.
Sent them email they said decision pending with ECO.
Please advise i need my passport back because i really need it with effecting the apple process.
