whats the difference between paragraph 128-193 and 135l-135k

was doing my research and came across this statment

Partners of persons who have or have had leave to enter or remain under paragraphs 128-193 (but not paragraphs 135I-135K)

what is the difference between limited leave to remain for those granted under paragraph 128-193 and those granted under paragraphs 135l-135k
