I have been on this forum for an hour and found it really helpful.

My husband is british, I have an indefinite leave visa. My parents are still in my hometown. They are both retired and under 65. Since I am the only child, it will be nice if we can live together. I have been sending money back to support them to have better life that I can prove.

Both of them visited me in 2005 for 4 months on visiting visa, my mum visited me on one year multiple entry visa for 5 months and came back after 1 month. Of course, she had been kept in front of the desk.

Since totally my mum stayed for more than 10 months with the one year visa. I don' t think she will be getting multiple entry visa anymore. The only thing we can do is apply for a visiting visa for 6 months for her, there is still a chance to be refused. We can neither apply for the settlement, as most of you know the settlement visa for parents is only for some kind of "most exceptional compassionate circumstances" who age under 65 to settle with us. So we are stuck,

Are there anyone who have the experience of applying settlement visa for parents who are under 65. Or maybe someone can give advice on this case please.
Sorry for the long long story and waiting for any help.
Thank you in advance and kind regards from Jessie who are so ready to have all my family under one roof. At the moment, it is like somthing that I can only see in my dream.
