Hi,
first of all, thank you for taking time to read this and trying to help me if you can.
I have been going to the UK since April 2016, but I always made sure to return to my country or go somewhere else before my tourist visa expiring (6 months). Although, when I went back in August 2018 I over stayed until December 2019, when I left the country by my choice. The immigration border was at the entrance of my airplane and caught me.
They found out in me evidence that I not just over stayed, but, unfortunately, I had with me a fake European ID (I never really used, I don't even know how I was so dumb to get that and keep with me). They said I'd be a long time without being able to return to the country for all that. All this didn't take longer than 10 minutes and they sent me to take my flight.
I was already enganged with my Girlfriend and the reason I was returning to my country was to book our wedding. She's coming soon, and we are going to get married.
- She's a British citizen, born in the UK.
- She's employed and earns more than £1600 a month.
- We have been in a legit relationship since 17th of November 2017.
- I have already a Job proposal in the UK to earn also about £1600 a month.
- I have also got my Grade 3 Graded Examination in Spoken English (GESE) certification before coming back to my country, which proves I'm fluent in English.
Even though I didn't have permission to stay, I have my own business in the UK and I'm a business partner in another one, both business, of course, legally registered.
My question is what are the chances of me getting my spouse visa denied? Any advices in what proofs should I add to my application?
Also, do you recommend any lawyer to deal with my application?
Thank you very much in advance.
