Evidence of where child's other parent lives - such as utility bills and child's birth certificate

Hi there,

I am applying for a spouse visa and now in a process of filling the application form. My husband has a 7yrs old child, so there is a section that I need to provide "details about this child's parent. Include the other parent's name, address and their level of contact or parental responsibility" and also "Evidence of where child's other parent lives - such as utility bills and child's birth certificate" My husband's ex doesn't cooperate in providing those documents, I wonder do I must provide his ex's utility bills and child's birth certificate?
