FLR M spouse and child extension

I was hoping someone that has already submitted their FLR application can clarified the documents required to be uploaded for child applying at same time as mother for FLR M extension.
On the list of document required relating child, it is only requested BRP, Passport, Birth certificate and evidence where other parent lives (sponsor). Under other parent documents we including all other documents like Employments letters, evidence of cohabitation, English test and consent. We would like to know
1. Do we need consent forms for the child too?
2. Do we need to include all employment and cohabitation evidence already on other parent application?
3. Evidence where other parent lives, are these documents to be saved under sponsor/employment category? if not which one should be?

You need to supply the documents which are clearly listed on the checklist that was populated when you submitted the application.

I might not have been clear, so this is situation, main applicant and child applying at the same time under same application. On the list of documents it seems that we need to uploaded main documents on the applicant part, where ya child is only a few, birth certificate, passport, brp and evidence where other parent lives. What I’m trying to find out is consent forms, do we need same for child? Or they are cover on the consent already signed for the main applicant? Same for other main documents like finance and employment?.

Children do not require consent forms. Supply the list of documents as required on the checklist.
