The answer would be 'Yes'. The time spent in India for your baby's birth would be viewed no differently than a spouse spending time away on holiday.

one last query, my spouse visa is expiring in second week of February 2020 and my company year end is 28 February , i'm showing last company year (feb 2019) earnings in the form of dividends and salary and ongoing dividends and salary as of january 2020.
if i choose standard service today and paid the fees, then the decision will be made within 8 weeks time, and say if they are deciding my application in first week of march 2020, on that date my last financial year would be feb 2020. will this have an negative impact on my application.
The application is typically decided based the situation at the date of application rather than the date the application is being decided.achukar_1 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2020 4:45 amif i choose standard service today and paid the fees, then the decision will be made within 8 weeks time, and say if they are deciding my application in first week of march 2020, on that date my last financial year would be feb 2020. will this have an negative impact on my application.
