Need help please

Post by Malik20 » Wed Feb 12, 2020 4:00 pm

Hello
I’m in Uk under spouse visa I’m applied on 20/11/2019 as my current visa will be expired on 10/2/2020 , I’m have a son who is 24 month . Before 6 month I was have problem with my wife and unfortunately police was involved and I got domestic charge . (Scotland) and after I back to my wife and she wrote to procurator fiscal in order to drop the charge and we know it’s up to fiscal . In the application I mentioned that as they asked .
But we still don’t know are the case will go to court or will be dropped or I will get fine .
On 9/1/2020 I got email from home office which said they require further time to consider my application, as my application raised exceptional complex issues , that’s make me very confused as I’m not have criminal record also not convicted in anything. And till today I’m not hear anything from home office , so if they want refuse me because this matter why they asking for further time , as waiting is killing and I have no idea when they will back to me ,
Anyone can help me please

I for one don't give a lot of credit to a letter written by an abused women asking to drop the charges against the abuser. Who knows under what conditions the letter was written.

Abuse against persons and cases in court are not going to help with your immigration applications

For the Home Office, you have to wait while they are sorting it out. If they confirmed extra delay is needed, there is nothing you can do.
