Visa for a child

Hello everyone
I will be very greatful if you can guide me as I am a British citizen and I want to bring my 7 year old kid here from Pakistan
He has already been here once back in 2014 as a dependant with my wife when I was on tier 1 visa.
This time I want to bring him only my wife can’t come now cause of some family reasons.
So if you can tell me what are the requirements and what to do if I apply for child only

Unlikely he will get a visa without your wife also applying for one.
