SPOUSE VISA FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS. Someone please help!!

Hello All, thanks for all the help received so far, I have been a silent reader but now I am in need of immense support and would like to start helping others get to at least the point I’m at.

So Im currently applying for my husbands visa and the financial threshold is £18,600 before Tax.

I am currently on variable income as the contract they offer is only 37.5 hours accumulating to £16,009.50.

Ive made £12,652.78 in 9 payslips which is from June 2019. We receive 13 pay slips as we are paid 4 weekly.


So thats
jul 2019 - 1042
Aug 2019 - 1172
Aug 2019 - 1424
Sep 2019 - 1592
Oct 2019 - 1576
Nov 2019 - 1362
Dec 2019 - 1189

Would this be enough to satisfy the £18,600 minimum income requirement? I am the sponsor.

You seems like doing very less overtime because based on your wages figures you cannot be able to meet the financial requirement either under category A or B:

Category A:

Sep 2019 - 1592
Oct 2019 - 1576
Nov 2019 - 1362
Dec 2019 - 1189
Jan 2020 - 1814
Feb 2020 - 1477 (most recent) = 9010/6*12= £18020

Category B:

Maybe couldnt be able to earn £18600 during the last 12 months and also your salaried income on the date of application is only ££16,009.50

You must have to meet finacial treshold £18600. As far as looking at your income you are quite short of meeting the requirement.
