Application date and biometrics

Hiya,

I need some advice. The government guidelines are forever changing in this pandemic. I am a little concerned I may become redundant however up until now my sponsors wage and cash savings were sufficient to apply for the spouse visa. I have all paperwork expect the tb test certificate as its been delayed due to the Covid19 pandemic. Would it be possible to make an application and send the tb test certificate on a later date.
