“ Can IELTS academic (B2) valid untill 18th august be used for spouse visa application although on HO website it says that the requirement is IELTS A1 minimum”

Sorry should have mentioned

I am helping my brother who has ILR and he wants to get his wife in UK

She is unable to give IELTS due to no slots but she has ielts academic B2 valid until 18aug

Yes provided it is on ukvi list or was used previously.
