Clarify - Is he on spouse visa and waiting for FLR(M) outcome? Because if so, on spouse visa there is no work restriction and if waiting for outcome of FLR(M) then section 3C in place and therefore maintains same right he has as on previous leave.chess2020 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 26, 2020 3:39 pmHello!
