Spouse Visa extension documents 5 year route

Hi

I am British and my husband (Indian) visa expires end of October 2020 and I am planning to apply for another 2.5 years end of September 2020.

I looking for advice on the application and supported documents please.
1. I understand that the application is online https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/next
2. What sort of supportive documents do they require to approve the application
3. Do I need to submit any other form like financial requirement form while applying. Or is it just the online application and supportive docs please.

Any help would be grateful appreciated. Thanks.

2. Evidence (minimum of 6 months) of meeting the financial requirement. Minimum of English A2 from a test provider on the current UKVI approved list. 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both your names, from 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months. Passports for both of you and his BRP card.

With regards to the address proof.. Do I need to provide it for the full 2.5 years or the last bill would suffice please?

We have tenant agreement, bank, council tax, water with both our others.. There are other bills like mobile, credit card, our employers letters, NHS, both containing the same address but with he gets his bills separate and I get mine separate. Will this suffice?

You need evidence for the last 2 years,from 3 to 6 different sources,spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months, in both your names jointly or addressed individually to each of you.
