Hi,
Could someone advise on below query please, as I will be eligible to apply for ILR next year Feb 2021 through 10 year route. Last February my wife and daughter traveled to India for holiday and due to covid we didn't bring back our daughter to UK fearing traveling obstacles. She was born in the UK and is 3 year old now.
Question
- Is she eligible to apply for ILR with me in Feb 2021?
- Is she eligible to apply for UK citizenship once I get my PR?

If child was born in the UK, then he will be entitled to register immediately after you are granted ILR.
