FLR m spouse visa

Hi I need help please

I currently have Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) as a parent of a child under 10 years route.

But at the moment my relationship with my children mother has change and we are back together and married in UK law and we all live together in one house now my wife and my 2 children are British national.

I need to switch to sponsor 5 year route I know There is requirement financial of £18,600 income a year. My question is who is required to provide £18600. Me or my wife or we can both added our income together.

I also need to know if my wife and children not me are getting Benefit Universal credit is there problems of getting benefits.

Either of you or both can combine their incomes/other acceptable sources

Hi Seagul, thank you very much for your helpful and the time you give me to answer my questions that’s a lot to me.

I and my wife are preparing the application for FLR Spouse 5 years route and we have the flowing documents.

My Wife and my children British passports
My children birth certificates
My current BRP as parent of British child
My P60s as self employed after expenses £15,000
My wife’s NHS P60s £12,000
My bank Statements
Wifes Bank statements
Housing agreement on our both names
Family Photos
utility bills on both names wife and husband

Could you please check and let me know if I’m missing anything more documents that will require when you making application for FLR M Spouse 5 years road.

How about your marriage certificate, A1 English test (unless from English speaking country or holding UK degree). Regarding financial requirement read the guidance to know as what is needed:

We have marriage certificate in Uk and
A1 English test I’m doing now after lockdown.
