I live in a shared property at the moment, but I'm moving into 3-bedroom house at the end of the month and I have passed all the reference checks through the Estate Agency. We have mutually agreed that I move into the property at the end of the month and I will sign the tenancy agreement on the day of my move together with other fees.
However, my wife and two kids are applying for a spouse visa next week. In the absence of tenancy agreement, what kind of letter can the estate agent provide as a proof of accommodation? I haven't spoken to the estate agent about this matter, because I don't know what to ask for. Can they provide a letter and if so, what should the content say?
