FLR (M) Biometric Appointment Query

Hi guys
I have submitted FLR M online application on 10th June 21 and attended biometric appointment on 21st June 21, However if i login to UKVCAS i can still see that Cancel Appointment tab is still active and my documents status is SUBMITTED.
Is this same with everyone?

I am confused, why cancel appointment tab is still active?

Sometimes there are glitches in the system that they get to resolve later or over time. You can see that application is submitted as you stated, Endeavour not to tamper with anything.
