My situations is as follows:
- I am a UK born citizen and married my wife in 2018 in Bangladesh. She entered UK in Feb 2019 and in 2020 we had our first child – wife was granted 33 months stay.
- I am working full time permanent and will be sponsoring my wife’s application.
- At my place of work, the contracting company changed so I have less then 6 months payslips from current employer and my monthly pay varies.
- I live with my dad who rents from the council and my wife has been living with me since entering UK.

- Cat B part (1) Current employer: Sum of 4 months pay divided by 4 multiplied by 12 for

- Cat B part (1) Previous employer: Sum of 8 months pay divided by 8 multiplied by 12 for
average gross income showing it is higher than £18,600
