You are employed by a UK company and I would assume they are issuing payslips where tax are deducted each month?sohaibfurqan wrote: ↑Tue Jun 29, 2021 9:28 amHi,
One quick question, people:
What do salaried employment within the UK and salaried employment overseas mean in my scenario?
For me, I am employed by a UK company but working remotely at the moment from Pakistan, however, I will go to the UK next month and once there will put in the application for my wife's spouse visa. My salary is being payed monthly into my UK bank account. Do I consider myself under salaried employment within the UK or overseas?
Thanks,
Sohaib
While there is no official document to point to (so far as I know), applications are made and succeeding without said form. Same questions already incorporated into oneline application.sohaibfurqan wrote: ↑Sat Jul 10, 2021 3:16 pmHi all,
Wondering if the appendix 2 form is still required for a UK spouse visa application? My Google search has produced quite a few links saying otherwise. Any official word regarding the validity of the appendix 2 form in 2021? Many suggest it is now included in the online application and not needed anymore? Please confirm this.
Thanks,
Sohaib
Not mandatory to include it anymore but some include it anyways.sohaibfurqan wrote: ↑Sat Jul 10, 2021 3:16 pmHi all,

This is nothing to be worried about, CWs do understand that difference of few days BTW payslips date and reflecting date on the bank statements do occur. Importance is more to the amount reflected to be same.sohaibfurqan wrote: ↑Thu Oct 14, 2021 9:18 amHi all,
Need some guidance.
I normally get paid on the last day of the month via BACS. The salary is reflected in the bank the same day or the next day. However, for one of my payments in May, the salary came into my bank on 4th June. The date on the payslip is 31 May 2021. Is this likely to create an issue? If so, how can I explain this?
PS: Applying for a spouse visa.
Thanks,
Sohaib
