FLR(M) Timing of Financial Evidence

Post by laukatjac » Wed Nov 24, 2021 9:27 pm

Hello!

A few days ago I submitted my FLR(M) online application and paid the visa fee, IHS fee, and biometrics appointment fees. In anticipation of submitting my application this month, I had collected information from my employer and my payslips for the 6 months in advance of the application date (back-dated from October) as I am using my sole income to prove that I surpass the £18,600 annual income threshold. However, my biometrics appointment is now scheduled for 1 December 2021.

My question is: does the financial evidence I supply need to be back-dated from the date of online application/payment OR the day of the biometrics appointment? I am worried I now need to acquire a newly updated bank statement for the whole of November as well as what will be my November statement.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Many thanks,

Date of application that is relevant to the supporting documents is the date you submit and pay online. Your documents must be dated on or before this date. The biomtric appointment date is irrelevant to this.
