How early can I apply for FLR (m)

Hi my initial spouse visa is expiring on 30th January 2022

When is earliest I can I can apply for extension (FLR M) ?

Also is it possible to get shorter priority appointments in london or else where these days

On what date did you enter UK?
Also is it possible to get shorter priority appointments in london or else where these days You will have to see this when you apply no one cam give such assurance as depends on availability and capacity of HO.

Visa & nationality comparability statement (FLRM) proof of English

I got English language proficiency statement from UK visa and nationality service ( level b2) in 01 March 2019
The statement issued by them is called
English language proficiency statement , will that qualify as proof of language ?
My spouse visa is expiring on 30th Jan , will apply will FLRM soon .

Any help is appreciated .

My reason for concern is when I applied over 2 years ago it wasn’t known as Esstic , so are those documents valid ?

It became ECCTIS post Brexit. If what you are referring to is the former one known as NARIC then you should be alright.
