Spouse visa outside UK

Hello, I hope that you are all doing great!
I need help please with spouse visa application to UK from Canada.
My husband is à British citizen, living with me in Canada since 2014. We have 3 kids who just obtained their British passport by descent. I am Canadian citizen.
We are looking to go back live in UK close to family.
My questions are:
For financial requirements, since my husband lives in Canada and we can not separate for few months for him to leave without me to UK. What is the solution please?
2- the kids are British now, do we still need to show proof of income for all of the kids, or just me who needs the visa?
3- for the housing requirements? Do we need a report?
Also, is there any other way to apply if we all move to the UK ?

If you have savings of £62,500 in account for over 6months Husband can also get a job with income of at least £18,600 which starts within 3months of arrival in UK

3- for the housing requirements? Do we need a report? You have not stated the type of accommodation you have or are looking at getting.
Also, is there any other way to apply if we all move to the UK ? Your own spouse visa status needs to be sorted first before you can move long term and reside in UK.

Get the Tenancy Agreement, an NOC Letter from landlord or agent outlining the space I.e. number of rooms and others in the house and so far you and family will not make it overcrowded then should be alright.
