Child settlement Application help please

I have submitted and pay for my daughter child settlement visa application, so I was asking about submitting the evidences to the TLS ,is it on the daythat they will take fingerprint and biometrics?
Is it the same day that DNA results and TB certificate will be needed on the same day?
Please help..
