Spouse Visa - Contractor Documents

Hi All,

I am Naturalised British citizen, and I would like apply Spouse visa for my wife from India. And looking for few clarifications.

1. Financial Requirements : I am a contractor working in UK with registered private limited company(and Director) and wanted to know list of documents needed for financial requirements?

As per my initial understanding, we needed to submit 1) Payslips 2)Bank statements
Do we need any other documents needed from company? Like company returns or business bank statements?

2. I am also applying for my daughter right of abode along with my wife spouse application - Do we need show extra funds for my daughter?
