Dear All:
thank you for your time reading this.
I have did quite a lot research but I would like to get ensured.
First of all, my lastest annual company account date is Oct 2020-September 202. I believe this is ok right?
I have two companies.
Company A: PAYE and Dividend to myself and my wife
Company B: Dividend Only to myself.
I can meet the requirements solely on Company A. So I do not plan to mention anything about company B. I think it is okay as well right?
My biggest Problem is the time difference for dividend notes and actually paying myself the dividend. I have seen others get refused because of that! Meanwhile, I actually missing two months' salary payment as I was stupid enough to take the money in advanced as director loan and balance it off in the account. However it does not show in my personal bank statements.
The good point is Our bank statements still shows the total salary payments to my wife and myself are £23.5 k in total for the time period. Should I only reply on the PAYE income. Meanwhile, I submit all the documents for Company A they required plus Dividend notes.
My second problem is I actually switching my business bank toward to end of December 2020. I download 99% of the statement but left out the last few days. However, I made the December salary payment from my previous business Bank ...... I can not show to case worker the payments.......... Fortunately, the total gross income is still over 18.6k without the income of December 2020.
Please advise whether I am still met the financial requirement as company director.
Many thanks
regards
Andy
