Partner moving to UK but British wife not settled in UK

Hi all

Can anyone tell me if i can apply for Family Visa from outside UK with the below conditions :

1. British wife not settled in UK & continuously in India since more than 25 years
2. Partner [ Husband ] applying Family VISA from India [ Both Husband and wife staying in India currently ]


I would like to apply for Family VISA from India . If granted ,then apply for Jobs in UK from India. Only once i receive a job offer , will plan to move complete family to UK .

could you please help me out if you have any information on such scenario .
