What type of visa?

Good morning,

My husband has recently received British Nationality through the 5 year spouse visa route. He has a daughter in Pakistan from his previous marriage who is 10 years old. What visa will she need to come and settle in the UK with her father. Obviously this will be done through mothers permission.

I think he needs to provide evidence of sole responsibility, etc.

Then apply.

Else, if she enters as a student and lives with him, then she may be able to subsequently switch before she’s 18.
