Hi i hope everyone is well, and if possible somebody can answer my question
so im in the process of applying for extension of the FLR spouse visa extension.
i have gathered all my documents together , i have 1 main issue.
when i moved out of my parents address which i did'nt intend to do so permanently i decided not to change my address with my bank or with at work. I am self employed so all my self assessment and letters from my accountant are at my parents address where i was living until august 2021.

now i have proof of cohabitation at my current address and parents address
this issue related to the address with my 2022 tax return which was filed in this april , but i was living at my new address at, after speaking to accountant yesterday mentioned cannot change the address as tax return already been filed? will my visa be rejected because of this?

Not sure that's a problem. There's no rule that says you can't live in your house and your parents. It's not exactly ideal, but it's not wrong either. There are situations where the family lives in a different county and the husband lives in a different one because of work. If it works for you, it works for you.
