Application for BRP for a newborn (parent on 10 year route)

Please what form do i fill to apply for a BRP for my newborn. Parent are on 10 year route based on being parent of a british.We want to travel and we know newborn will need BRP to enter the country. I went on the website and followed all guidelines to fill the form. But when i click on the form and enter UK for place for BIOMETRICS ,I get the sreen message below.

Yes child would need a visa to enter the UK if and when child exits. You're child's permission to stay in the UK should be in line with yours. So if you've been using form FLR (FP), you need to use the same form for your baby.
