Hi everyone.
I am British citizen. my daughter is 3 year old also British. my wife came from Pakistan in 2020 on family route her visa sticker saying non standard 1 partner , meaning she is on 10 year route to settlement visa

I tried to fill up form FLR FP family partner route at the end after filling up all details it takes me to IHS payment where it says FLR M visa.
please let me know what option I should choose so I can fill up right form. only option seems to be fit is choosing "private life"
if i choose this private life would it be acceptable for home office

Lastly her visa expiring on 10 sept 2023. can I apply fee waiver? If I apply fee waiver and get answer let say at the end of september 2023. will she be considered 20 days overstayer.

I will be very grateful to you if anyone help me to understand above points

Why wasn't your wife issued with an initial 2.5 year Spouse Settlement visa?

I could not fulfill financial requirements £ 18600 I had to show 3rd party support back in 2020 when her initial visa applied. she was given 2.5 year leave exact wording was "permission to be in uk (known as Leave to Enter) as partner (non-standard 1)
further in the letter home office explained (non standard 1) means you are on currently on a 10 year route to settlement if you continue meet the requirements and make the appropriate application for further leave to remain

please let me know what should I do. I believe I do not have to show again 3rd party support
